Before we begin working together please read, understand and agree to the following policies. If you have questions please feel free to connect with me.
Payment Policy
- You agree to be financially responsible for all charges.
- Payment is expected in full at the end of each session.
- A current credit card will be held on file at all times and required upon booking.
- No refunds
Please note if you are running late to please contact me. If you are running 20 minutes late into your session it will be an automatic cancel. Even if you are late to your appointment, cancelled or not it will still be a full charge for the session booked.
Cancellation Policy
- I ask that you provide me with 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointments.
- I reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for any appointments that are missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice.
- No call no shows are subject to a full 100% charge for appointments missed.
Please note that if you are feeling sick or showing symptoms of any kind to please notify me immediately. Cancellations due to illness does not result in a fee. It does, however, delay rescheduling your appointment by a week to allow your symptoms to subside.
Email and Text Reminders
Each session will recieve a email when scheduled and an email and text 24 hours prior to the appointment to allow you to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Some clients come in weekly, while others come in monthly or as needed.
Yes, I pair up with Miears Therpeutic Massage to offer Couples Massage in our office or in your home where you and your partner can enjoy a relaxing massage together. You must inquire within to schedule.
Yes, I offer prenatal massage for expecting mothers to help relieve stress and discomfort during pregnancy.
No, I do not accept health insurance of any form. I'd be happy to provide you with a Superbill receipt that you can submit to the claims department of your health insurance for possible reimbursement upon request. Please note, Superbills may require documentation of a diagnosis, dates of treatment and does not guarantee payment. I do not handle any negotiations with insurance of any kind.
