About your Therapist
Hi, My name is DeeAnna. I often go by Dee. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Medical Massage Practitioner and owner of Comfrey Therapeutic Massage. I specalize in injury recovery and chronic pain relief and I serve the Everett Washington area.
I have always known I wanted to do massage therapy, for as long as I can remember. I love making people feel better and I love helping people find a sense of living again. I have seen alot of suffering and pain from illness, injury and life take its toll on the people I care about, as well as myself, and I made it my mission to create a space where people can go to feel, talk, breathe and to just be, because we all deserve a space where we can heal without judgement.
I took a 2 year gap from high school before starting my career in massage therapy. It was the best decision of my life to finally take that step. I got my drivers license and graduated massage school, all while fighting an infectious parasite, battling severe depression and anxiety, and trying to figure out life with the then new virus Covid-19. It all really helped kickstart my journey into the world of self care. This really forced me to look deeper into my own habits and life. Truly helping pave the pathway to where I am today.
After graduating from Spectrum School of Massage in 2020. I recieved my Medical Massage Practitioner certification in 2021 and my Manual Lymphatic Drainage certification in 2022. It then became a burning passion of mine to help people in injury recovery and chronic pain after seeing so many people suffer for so long, so to make my dream become a reality I took the leap in March of 2022 and started my own business, forever changing my life and so many others!
