Each session may be different depending on your week, I will be checking in with you to see if anything has changed for new problems may arise or current ones evolve. Having a quiet and safe space for you to go and recoup is of my upmost importance. You will always be supported, respected and met with no judgement. You can sleep, I can provide educational info, we can chat, it's entirely up to you. You are free to be who you are.
